You can exchange your product purchased from our online sales site within 14 (fourteen) days from the start date of membership.
• When you want to change the product you bought for various reasons, you should call our Customer Service or send an Email with your membership and order information.
• If the product that reaches us meets the specified conditions, the change process is started as soon as possible.
• In the membership purchased with the box, the shipping fee is paid by the customer, while the exchange product is sent by our company.
• If there is a fee difference in exchanges, it is requested with the payment method you used during the order process or with a different method.

If it is determined that the product has been damaged by the Buyer, the product cannot be exchanged. In this case, the Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal!
